BEFORE--SO SAD.
AFTER--ALL STITCHED UP!
Last night about 9:15 p.m., I got a call from Cameron at the church, where he had been playing a church basketbal game. "Hey, I need to go to the hospital and get stitches. Wanna come?" he said so calmly and I said, "What?" He came home with blood all over his jersey and he said the floor had puddles of blood on it because he tried to keep playing after another player collided with him and split open the area above his eye. The other player got hurt, too. I have never been to the E.R. before and it is not something I had on my list of things I wanted to do, but we went and it was actually fine. Cameron's friend from basketball was the E.R. doctor and he treated Cameron really well and got him all stitched up. Cameron HATES needles, but he was really brave and only flinched a little! He was actually the one who said I needed to take pictures of this experience!
