Packed and ready to go

Well I have the baby's stuff packed and I'm getting antsy to go. Cameron will be home tonight and then we leave for Mountain Home tomorrow to stay with Cameron's sister and her family. Brooklyn is taking us to the airport Monday morning. My emotions are alternating between worry, panic, fantasizing about the baby, and complete peace. My dreams about the baby include him being over 10 lbs so I have no clothes to fit him, I forget about him and leave him in the hotel room, and another dream where I have no idea how to feed or take care of him. Wow, my subconscience thinks I'm going to be a great mother! :)
Still no date for the c-section but the plan is for this next week.

It's getting closer!

Last night I booked our flight to New York! C is going to have a c-section around 37 weeks, which is the end of January/beginning of February! It will be here before we know it. We are planning on flying out on the 30th and if we have to wait a few days, we can do some tourist stuff like go to Palmyra. I have most of the stuff I need to go but will be going shopping for more clothes and blankets tomorrow. Oh and I will be having at least two baby showers when we get back, maybe three! (Burley, Firth, and maybe Aberdeen). It is a pretty exciting time for our little family. Please pray for C as she is making such a hard decision. Because of her selflessness, I am going to be a mother!

Christmas with Cameron

It was so wonderful to have Cameron home for Christmas! He was home for only 5 days and we had lots of stuff to do but it was so fun to spend time together. Oakley and him did a lot of "male bonding" and Oakley would follow him all around the house. You could tell he was much more content when all three of us were together. Here's some pictures of our holiday fun.

My mom drove up and help me put up my Christmas stuff right before Cameron got home.

Ashlyn and Daxton on Christmas Eve at the Fosters. All the siblings were there except Kenyon, who is serving a mission. We got to skype with him, though, twice!

Cameron bought our baby a basketball hoop! He's excited for his little basketball player.
